Dec 24- 25th, 2004 Peace and Joy All You Ringers, it's Our 4th Merry Christmas Together :) Happy Holidays Ring of Truth ! To all our member's families we wish you love, health and happiness. These three presents are the simplest, the best and can't be bought. May all our guildies and their families know the comfort of these wonderful gifts for not just this one day but for every day through the new year.
Dec 14th, 2004 The Ring Has a New Officer Kelson's very first official action as Leader was to add a new Officer. His selection could not have been better :) Our own Lady Ellusions accepted his offer making us the luckiest guild around. Ell is kind, competent, caring and nurturing. She is one of the few people in EQ and in the real world that I feel blessed to have known. We all felt honored when she joined us as a member but to have her as an Officer is truly special. Give her a hug and a congratz the next time you see her :) - Missy

It's simple, sorted three ways and dang easy to update, hehe, always a plus :) Let me know if everyone is on it and all the info is correct. It's from a parsed EQ dump I got on Dec. 7th. - Missy
Dec 06th, 2004 Another Horribly, Awful, Delinquent Update, But With Some Really Good News :) Leadership Change I can't believe it's been six months since I last logged on and a year since I really played EQ :( Someone once said "Life is what happens to you while you are trying to plan" or something close to that. I've wanted to play these last six months. I have missed the Ring. But, I have buried myself in my work. Buried to the extent of putting off family, both real and online. I'm sorry, I'm an idiot. I know that. It is truly a testament to our Officers that the guild continues. They, our Officers are the glue that has held this guild together for four years. Think of what they did. A group of people from around the country that has stuck together for four years. We have been together longer than some businesses last, longer than a lot of marriages and longer than most online guilds and clans could ever hope. We are a success in longevity because of very good people to be with. We are a viable guild four years running because of our members and their Officers. I remember telling Lace the night we formed the Ring of Truth, "This'll be cool if we can keep it going for six months or a year". You, the Ring, have pleasantly surprised me year after year, and I thank you all. It has been my pleasure and honor to be the Ring's leader. Now, it is time for a change and a damn good one I think :) Although we have the best Officers in Norrath it would be a nice thing to have a Leader that was online every now and then. I couldn't agree with our Officers more. I would like to thank Phlar for calling me today and putting my focus back on our guild. I'm sorry I didn't do this months ago. I apologize to you all. As of 8:00 p.m. EST on this day our own Kelson Swiftbow has become Leader of the Ring of Truth Guild ! :) Kelson, I wish only the best to you my friend as our leader :) You have made us proud so many times in the past and have been the core of our guild all these years. I am totally at your disposal and will assist you any way I can. Thank you all. I will stay with the Ring as an Officer and be proud to be among you as I always have. Missy May 14, 2004 Horribly Delinquent Update Sorry to have taken so long to post an update but here we go. A new expansion will be released later this summer Omens of War. This is to be a continuations of the Gates of Discord expansion. Beta signups are underway for Everquest 2 which will begin in June. SoE has also redone their websites and you can see the new EQ2 site here. I had to redo the roster page again. The service I was using for it before changed and it was easier for me to just put up a different one. Not quite as fancy as the other one, but functional, and easier for me to update also.- Furlined
